General Management Services

The Center offers comprehensive management services to artists and arts organizations: 

• Organizational development: Whether it be a start-up organization or one which is more established, as a management partner, CCR will advise and assist in all areas of administration and general operations.
   
• Project development & management: CCR will develop and manage a project from conception through implementation, specializing in artistic collaborations, performances, festivals, seminars, conferences, workshops and special events.
   
• Financial planning: From helping to establish financial goals to identifying necessary resources, CCR works closely with organizations through the budgeting and planning process. CCR will assist in the composition of budgets, cash flow analysis, the development of project or performance budgets, and can make recommendations on salaries and ticket pricing.
   
• Staff & board development:  CCR will assist organizations in strengthening their organizational structure through an active development process that will establish roles and responsibilities for staff and board.
   
• Strategic planning:One of the first steps in CCR’s work with organizations is the development of a short term plan that addresses the immediate needs of the organization and its daily operation. A plan is designed for an initial 12 month period to tackle immediate goals first.
   
• Artist representation: For a few select artists and organizations, CCR will represent them at national and regional booking conferences throughout the year, giving them professional visibility and exposure.
   
• Presenting & Showcasing:  CCR will serve as presenter and/or producer for certain artists, organizations and projects. These performance opportunities enhance their overall visibility and public awareness.
